Field Executive Officer: the Venerable Shaoquan, a Canadian monk and member of Red Cross Vietnam. The Ven. Shaoquan has successfully established a free walk-in clinic in Trang Bom, Dong Nai, Vietnam since 2007 in collaboration with the Red Cross Vietnam. In 2006, He has initiated a $6,000 Canadian scholarship fund for 135 children in eight leprosy colonies all over North Vietnam in collaboration with the Venerable Dr. Thich Chon Phuong, M.D.
